ZoaTek is being started to provide ROV services for conservation and specialized use cases, as well as to educate people of all ages on the processes of designing and creating advanced marine robotics.

From a very young age, I’ve been involved with a variety of robotic activities and projects (science fairs and competitions alike), which has provided me the opportunities to learn unique skill sets along the way. It has also allowed me to understand how such technology can yield various benefits to scientists and positively impact some of the most pressing environmental challenges that our world is experiencing. While being involved in robotics, in concurrence, I have always loved and been fascinated by nature – especially the ocean and its fantastic creatures. However, it is becoming more apparent that the oceans and the life within them are threatened, and thus broadening our understanding of it is becoming ever more critical. That is where the benefit of utilizing marine technology comes into play. 

ZoaTek aims to provide the services and the education of designing and building variations of marine technology, to encourage and support the appreciation and guardianship of our oceans.
